From the day your vehicle is handed over to you, covering any mismatch with your approved documentation, as well as undisclosed mechanical, safety and structural damage or failure not visible at inspection. Replacement logistics are on us. Full terms are set out in your purchase agreement.
Terms summary
- Covered: the vehicle is materially different from what you approved (model, trim, year, major features), or has an undisclosed mechanical, safety or structural fault that was not visible at inspection.
- Report the issue within 30 days of handover, with photos or video.
- Resolution is replacement-first: a similar vehicle of equal value, replacement logistics on us. If no suitable replacement is available, we agree an alternative vehicle or a partial refund with you.
- Deposits are non-refundable, except where AutoConnect cannot supply the agreed vehicle.
- Not covered: normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic imperfections, issues already shown in your inspection report or video, damage occurring after handover, and misuse or modification.
- The complete terms are set out in the Purchase Agreement you receive before final confirmation.

AutoConnect is a young company, and you should treat every young company with healthy suspicion - including us. So don't take our word for anything. Here is what you can verify yourself:
- We are a registered UAE company: AutoConnect FZ-LLC, Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ).
- We never ask you to pay for a vehicle you haven't seen inspected - the report, photos, video and VIN history come first, every time.
- Your final payment happens only after your vehicle has shipped, with the bill of lading sent to you as proof.
- Payments go only to our company bank account - and bank escrow is available if you prefer it.
- You can put us on a live video call and direct the camera yourself - any vehicle, any time, before paying.
- You can meet our people face-to-face in Accra, Lagos or Abuja.
